Quick reminder: skin progress is intentional — low & slow.

🚫 Don’t over-peel your skin.
Over-peeling doesn’t make you “glowy,” it can make your skin thin, sensitive, inflamed, and more reactive over time. If you’re constantly tight, shiny, stinging, or peeling… that’s not “working,” that’s a compromised barrier.

🚫 Don’t tolerate unsanitary treatment rooms—ever.
If you see any of this, it’s a hard no:
• reusing tools or not opening clean/sterile items in front of you
• “double dipping” product with bare hands
• prepping practices, dirty towels/blankets, dusty machines, cluttered surfaces
• no handwashing, no gloves when needed
• wiping instead of properly disinfecting between clients
