My offering : A refresh for your online presence. Stay a while, breath, relax . Allow the wind, pines, and sacred smoke mesmerize you.
As part of my self-care routine, I also organize my living space, sanitize my makeup brushes, and purify my energy field.
We are both transmitters and receivers of energy.
Throughout the week, we accumulate various energies. To address this, I practice mindfulness, affirmations, and scrutinize my energy field to detect and eliminate any foreign influences.
I then filter and integrate these findings through my internal mechanisms.
To facilitate introspection, I engage in activities such as salt baths, breathwork, music, journaling, movement, painting, sauna sessions, and singing. These practices allow me to be in a safe environment, fostering a deeper understanding of myself.
