Growth rarely shows up wrapped in comfort.

Most of the breakthroughs in your life started with something falling apart, someone leaving, a plan failing, or a routine getting disrupted.

Discomfort forces you to look at the parts of your life you were avoiding. It pushes you into new rooms, new skills, new versions of yourself you never would have met if everything stayed easy.

Nothing changes when you are cozy. Everything changes when you are challenged.

Sometimes the shove you hate becomes the shift you needed.
