My heart is broken ๐Ÿ’” for Johnson's Orthopedic, Riverside office on Magnolia, for the fire devastation in a longtime wonderful business where my kiddos have gotten their bracing and prosthetics over the years! They began in 1984, and I began my history with them in 2003, as a Pediatric Physical Therapist at California Childrens Services. Bill Kearney and his whole staff are such great engineers, thought leaders, and advocates for children and adults to receive the orthotics and prosthetics that they need and deserve to improve their mobility and their lives. Please hold all of them in your prayers. God is good. No one was injured in the fire. Now just hearts are broken. ๐Ÿ’”๐Ÿฅบ

**** EAT YOURSELF FIT ****
SEASON OPENER MEETING at 11:00 tomorrow in our lovely community garden spot at 1201 Brookside Ave in Redlands. Just spent the afternoon prepping the garden for our first garden-planting meeting tomorrow for EYF. With Laura G., Master Gardener, as our guest speaker, we will be planting a version of a 3-Sisters Garden: including sunflowers (instead of corn) for the pole beans and cukes to creep up, and summer squash on the ground. Lots of tomatoes, eggplants, peppers and greens. Maybe some carrots.๐Ÿฅ•๐Ÿ†๐Ÿ…๐ŸŒป We will use Basil, onions, garlic and Marigolds for attracting pollinators and limiting pests. ๐Ÿ˜Ž

I am fully funded and going to Nepal on April 10 with a Team from the States ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ๐ŸŽŠ๐ŸŽˆ๐ŸŽ‰ and we will work with a Nepali Team of therapists and mechanics also. I am beyond grateful to all of you who donated and sent prayers of support and love! I am still asking for more ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ for our safe travels and for the recipient families also, who will come by bus or small van for up to 24 hours from remote locations to reach us and receive a wheelchair or other equipment. Many thanks for all of your encouragement and love. If we have electricity, and possibly wifi, I will post my travel blog link for you to follow along.

Although as a Physical Therapist, I am happy to work with all ages, my passion is definitely working with children, seeing them light up when things come together and make sense for them to be able to move easier, with less effort. I am counting my blessings right now, and am so grateful for the AWESOMENESS that you all are! My Friends, my family, my Communities, my Crew, my Tr1be. You are all amazing and so appreciated for your support and love, and encouragement and kindness during this exciting time of ๐Ÿ’– expansion and ๐Ÿ’– clarification of SSNeurofitness and my mission and vision. These are just a few of the wonderful blessings and prayers and love and Joy and Light that these amazing humans have blessed this space with.
