It's backbend week at the studio. I know I know - you hate backbends.😾 But do you really? Most of us struggle with backbends because we haven't been taught properly. In Iyengar yoga we start with supported or belly backbends and gradually move you forward (actually backwards-lol). Props, sequencing and educated teachers make all the difference.
