My first content post had to be about cycling of course!!
For those that know me; you will know that I have had a lifetime love affair with cycling of all types. This article lists some of the many reasons why I believe in this activity so much for body and mind wellness. The key to wellness is finding an activity that you truly enjoy and that gives you the health benefits that you need. This can be so many things; walking the golf course, hiking, skiing, surfing, etc. I will take cycling and be able to do it into my 80’s if I decide. Happy Valentines friends 😍
