Tomorrow our community will come together for Walk to Defeat ALS Seattle at Marymoor Park in Redmond, Wa. We are raising funds and awareness for our ALS community to make ALS a livable disease by 2030. It’s not to late to register and come out, be inspired and make a difference in the lives of those living with ALS.

When: Saturday, September 28th
Where: Marymoor Park, Redmond

I may be a little self absorbed and I take accountability for this!! Behind my self-absorption is: love, kindness, authenticity, honesty, humor, freedom, creativity, possibility!! That makes more than just vanity! Love you -so you can love others!

~Rapture ~A Picture is much more than the view. This three hour incline was nothing short of full perceptual vibrancy (speaking from the eye of the beholder). Every step was filled full of faith and confidence, built upon thin deepening grooves of trust. Each moment looking back , light with so much laughter and peace. One the most precious things about this experience was the bipedal, warm -blooded spirit alongside me. ~ The Capture (beautiful memory): the saltatory conduction to my hippocampus storing memory of solid stillness of the body in acceptance, the quiet mind allowing access to creation- to love with no conditions~
