Some days I steward my body like a Proverbs 31 queen.
Other days I eat cold coffee and call chasing my kids cardio. ☕🏃🏼‍♀️

But here’s what I’m learning as an ADHD mom who loves Jesus and dumbbells —
taking care of my body isn’t vanity… it’s worship.

My strength is a gift.
My energy is a gift.
This body that carries babies, burdens, laundry baskets, and callings? Also a gift.

When I lift, I’m not just building muscle.
I’m building endurance to serve.
When I fuel well, I’m not “dieting.”
I’m choosing clarity so I can love my people better.

We don’t steward our bodies to earn worth.
We steward them because we already have it.

So drink the water.
Take the walk.
Lift the weight.
Say the prayer between reps.

Strong for His glory.
Fueled for the calling.
Distracted… but devoted. 🤍💪🏼✝️

2026 isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about becoming more faithful in the middle of who I already am.

Faith over feelings.
Strength over shame.
Progress over perfection.

Still showing up.
Still training my body and my trust.
Still a work in progress — and still deeply loved.

Let the world chase motivation.

You build discipline.

Because discipline creates freedom.
Discipline builds confidence.
Discipline strengthens your mind.
Discipline deepens your faith.

And hear this clearly, mama:

👉 You do not need a new personality.
👉 You do not need more motivation.
👉 You need systems, structure, and surrender.

God didn’t call you to live scattered.

He called you to live anchored.

So if it looks “boring” to everyone else?

Good.

Boring routines build extraordinary lives.

Walk with God.
Lift heavy.
Fuel well.
Show up again tomorrow.

Repeat until your life changes.

🔥 2026 is not the year you start over.
It’s the year you become consistent. 🔥

The ADHD tax no one warns you about 💸
Not just money… but energy, focus, consistency, and grace.

Forgotten gym memberships.
Duplicate protein tubs.
Meal prep dreams that didn’t survive the week.
Impulse buys that were supposed to make us “disciplined.”
And the quiet guilt we carry when things don’t stick.

But here’s the truth I’m learning:
God isn’t tallying our missteps.
He’s not disappointed when we start again.
He’s not asking for perfection—He’s offering grace, strength, and fresh starts.

If this list made you laugh, cringe, or say “yep, that’s me,” you’re not failing. You’re human. And you’re deeply loved. 🤍

This morning I made coffee, sat down to pray… and immediately remembered 19 random things I “should probably do today.”
When your mind is Loud…. God still speaks

My brain loves to sprint at 6am. 🙃
But here’s what I’m learning: God isn’t waiting for me to quiet every thought — He meets me inside of them.

1 Kings 19:12 says God wasn’t in the wind, or fire, or earthquake…
He came in a whisper.

Sometimes it’s one verse.
Sometimes it’s two squats while the coffee reheats again.
Sometimes it’s just “God, please help my mind slow down for a minute.”

Tiny prayers count. Tiny focus counts. Tiny faithfulness counts.

If your brain has 52 tabs open, and you’re already refilling your mug…

God can still speak through the noise. 🤍
You’re not too distracted for Him.
