Your hormones tell us a story! 👇

They help us understand if and when ovulation is happening.

In the first half of an ovulatory cycle, estrogen rises as a dominant follicle grows and prepares to release an egg. During this phase, estrogen is high and progesterone stays low.

After ovulation, progesterone takes the lead. This is the luteal phase, when implantation can occur. By checking progesterone levels during this window, we can confirm whether ovulation truly happened and better understand how your cycle is functioning.

It’s not guesswork. It’s data and timing working together to guide your next steps.

Dr. James Weinberger and colleagues just released a new expert-opinion paper on oral testosterone, and early data is showing something big: certain oral formulations may support testosterone levels without fully shutting down your own hormone axis.

That means s***m production may not be suppressed the way it often is with injections and pellets.

Most men only hear about shots and pellets. What they don’t hear is:
• Those methods can cause huge spikes above your natural levels
• Those spikes drive many of the side effects we worry about
• That includes erythrocytosis, blood pressure changes, clotting risks, and infertility

Oral testosterone works differently.
Formulations like Jatenzo, Tlando, and Tlando-Rx create peaks and troughs that look much more like your body’s natural rhythm. Because of that, we’re seeing:
• Lower rates of erythrocytosis
• Fewer blood pressure changes
• A side-effect profile that’s far more manageable

Why this matters:
We regularly meet men with zero s***m who had no idea their testosterone injections were the cause.

If fertility matters to you now or in the future, oral testosterone may be a more physiologic option -- when managed by someone who understands the system.
