*Lifting class, and core always included.

Notice the schedule and time change for warm yoga, which is for the remainder of August.
Warm Yoga is about 82-84 degrees.
I use infared heaters. It feels wonderful!

Yoga that is performed in a chair. It is very relaxing!

545pm TOTAL BODY STRONG
Dumbells, and often other equipment. A great lifting workout!

THURSDAY MORNING🦋:

6am TOTAL BODY STRONG
As described above but a different workout.

7am GENTLE YOGA
A very calm and relaxing Yoga flow all on the mat.

8am MOVE AND GROOVE FITNESS
A really fun workout using a variety of equipment with a touch of cardio.

9am SENIOR STRONG
A class for seniors. We work on a variety of exercises and can even do some yoga!

545pm BARRE BANDS & BOSU
Variety of equipement at the barre. Lots of work for the glutes, core, and legs.

645pm GENTLE YOGA
A wonderful, peaceful, calm yoga practice on the mat. This is a great class to start with if you are new to yoga.

Total Body Strong is on for 545pm.
And also a very relaxing Yoga Nidra class at 645pm.
Total Body Strong uses dumbells, and often other pieces of equipment (bands, sliders, etc). It targets the whole body, working a variety of muscle groups. You work at your level and modifications are offered.
Yoga Nidra is a type of restorative yoga (meaning resting and no movement, or asanas/yoga poses)
It's calming, relaxing and meditative.
I would love to see you in a class!
