Please join us in welcoming Juliet Fountain as the new Executive Director of Brandywine Seaside Pointe. Juliet brings over 16 years of experience in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living. She began her career as a Business Office Manager, completed her AIT, and advanced into the role of Administrator. Her leadership is grounded in a whole-home approach, emphasizing teamwork, accountability, and coaching to deliver excellent resident care. Juliet is a lifelong resident of Maryland’s Eastern Shore and lives there with her husband and two dogs.

We are excited to have her join our team and look forward to the leadership and experience she brings to Monarch.
