Why am I doing this 75 SOFT CHALLENGE? Sure, to lose some weight but mainly for combatting the ills of aging, especially sarcopenia! A lot of my workout is focused on balance, stretching and strength training. As we age it is super important to stay limber and practice balance as well as focus on protein to keep our muscles to avoid falls. Now more than ever is the time for me to focus on all of this BEFORE a fall or sarcopenia sets in. I’m doing my best!
