Research even shows hydrotherapy during active labor can help reduce anxiety, improve circulation, and may help labor progress more efficiently. What an incredible honor to be part of Onna’s pregnancy and birth journey. Today she welcomed her beautiful baby girl, Hazel, into the world—and it was truly powerful to witness.
Onna was absolutely amazing in labor. She showed so much strength, determination, and love as she brought Hazel earthside. Her mom and sister-in-law stood by her with unwavering support, and together with the wonderful nurses and doctor, the room was filled with encouragement and care every step of the way.
And then… Hazel arrived. Perfect, peaceful, and absolutely gorgeous.
Moments like this are why I love being a doula—watching a woman discover just how strong she is and seeing a family grow right before your eyes. Welcome to the world, sweet Hazel. You are already so loved. 💕✨

A proud mother of three and grandmother of two, Jennifer’s journey into birth work is rooted in a lifelong commitment to helping others, including 23 years of volunteer service as an EMT in her community.

Jennifer is passionate about supporting women and their partners through pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period. She believes every family deserves a birth experience that feels supported, informed, and respected. Her gentle approach and steady presence help create a sense of peace and confidence during one of life’s most meaningful transitions.

Jennifer offers mindful, individualized support for women who may carry past experiences that shape how they approach birth. With a focus on trust, consent, and emotional safety, she strives to create a calm and supportive space where each client feels heard, empowered, and at ease.

Starting her doula business is a natural next step in Jennifer’s lifelong dedication to health, service, and women’s well-being.
