I spent over a year consulting with multiple doctors in Reno for my chin and neck concerns, and despite getting opinions, I never felt confident enough to move forward. Something always felt off, and I knew I did not want to make a decision unless I truly trusted the surgeon. That completely changed when I met Dr. Bradford and his wife, Tarah. They made me feel so comfortable and confident that I scheduled my procedure within one week of meeting them. Their pricing was significantly more reasonable than other doctors I consulted in Reno, which I also appreciated.
I live about an hour outside of Reno and have a toddler, so my schedule is extremely limited. Dr. Bradford and Tarah were very understanding and worked with me to get me in quickly, which I truly appreciated. They made the entire process as easy and stress free as possible.

Two Months Post-Op:⤵️
Primary Rhinoplasty + Brow Lift + Submentoplasty

At this stage, swelling is expected especially in the nasal tip, bridge, and under the chin. What you’re seeing now is early contour, not the final result. Over the next several months, swelling will continue to resolve, tissues will soften, and definition will gradually sharpen.

✔️ Bone and cartilage are stable
✔️ Soft tissues are still remodeling
✔️ Final results can take 9–12 months (sometimes longer for the nose)

Healing is progressing exactly as it should, and refinement is still to come. Trust the timeline; great results take time.

6 months post revision rhinoplasty with autologous rib

At this stage, the nose is still evolving & not finished settling.
Most bridge swelling has resolved, while the tip may remain slightly firm or full (especially in revision cases).

The rib graft is fully incorporated, providing long-term structure and stability. Definition continues to refine as the skin adapts to the new framework.

Revision rhinoplasty heals differently than primary surgery. Final results often reveal themselves closer to 12–18 months post-op.
