I have been practicing massage therapy since 2005, and over the years I’ve seen firsthand how chronic tension, repetitive movement, injury, and the demands of daily life can take a toll on the body. My path into this work came from a deep appreciation for the connection between physical discomfort, stress, and overall wellness. Massage therapy offers a way to slow down, listen to what the body is communicating, and address those needs with intention.

No two bodies are the same, which is why every session is tailored to your specific needs–whether that means targeted work for chronic pain, support for active lifestyles, stress relief, or simply creating space for your nervous system to reset. I combine mindful techniques, focused pressure, and a calm, welcoming environment to help you feel both supported and restored.
