What a heart-pounding afternoon at the cage! Our Boys JV squad just pulled off a gritty, down-to-the-wire victory against Spanish Springs, and “intense” doesn’t even begin to cover it.

* Galena Grizzlies: 11

The Save of the Game
With only 1.7 seconds left on the clock, the Cougars took a shot that would have sent us into overtime. But our goalie had other plans! With ice in his veins, he stood tall, made the stop, and secured the “W” for the Black and Gold.

The Grizzlies went toe-to-toe with the Cougars tonight in a physical, fast-paced matchup. While we didn’t get the result we wanted, our Boys Varsity squad showed incredible grit, fighting until the final whistle.

We take the lessons, we hit the practice field, and we come back stronger. Huge shoutout to the fans who showed up in black and gold to keep the energy high!

Huge thanks to everyone who rolled through our car wash this weekend! Because of your generosity—and maybe a little bit of soap and elbow grease—our Girls Lacrosse program is one step closer to the coast.

The funds raised are going directly toward our San Diego Spring Break Training Trip. This isn’t just a vacation; it’s an opportunity for our Grizzlies to:

Our Girls Lacrosse team is trading their sticks for sponges today! We are hosting a car wash at the Arrowcreek & Wedge 7-11 until 3:00 PM. A $15 per car donation is suggested and cash, Venmo, and Zelle are accepted!

Help us “clean up” this season by stopping by for a wash. All donations go directly toward supporting our JV and Varsity Spring Break training trip to San Diego. Let’s go Grizzlies! 🥍🖤💛
