On Wednesdays, We Wear Swift Pink 💕

They’re always up for a photo when we’re walking around the clinics capturing content on !

Candie shared that our patients love seeing our staff wearing pink on Wednesdays! Some even schedule their appointments specifically on Wednesdays just to see everyone in pink, it brightens their mood and makes their visit more enjoyable.It’s such a small gesture that makes a big difference, and it’s always wonderful to see when entering the clinic.

This past weekend, Swift Institute had the opportunity to be part of the National Pole Vault Summit at the Reno Livestock Events Center!

We were honored to have two of our incredible Physician Assistants, Ryan Tognotti, PA-C and Brad Bus, PA-C, on site to support athletes in the event of an injury.

Thankfully, there were no serious injuries, but having trusted medical professionals on staff is always essential. Seeing our providers in their element is something we’re incredibly proud of.

With nearly 2,000 athletes in attendance, many of them Olympic-level, it was amazing to witness such talent and dedication firsthand. Ryan and Brad had the chance to meet Kathryn (Katie) Moon, Olympic and World Champion pole vaulter!

Thank you USC Spirit for inviting Swift Institute to be part of such an incredible weekend! 🤍

We kicked off our monthly theme days with Cozy Sweater Day. ❄️ The perfect way to end the week, especially after the snowfall and those extra-cold days we experienced last week. There’s nothing better than staying warm and cozy in the office!

We loved seeing all the different sweater styles, everyone’s idea of “comfy” looked a little different, and was totally their own!

We always enjoy visiting the clinics, catching up with our staff, and taking a few photos along the way. This is just the beginning of our yearly theme days, and we can’t wait to share the next one!

🌟 Patient Connect: Carmen’s Journey to Walking Without Pain 🌟

Meet Carmen. After years of severe hip problems and multiple surgeries—including hip replacements and lumbar procedures—Carmen’s journey toward full mobility has been anything but easy. A fall earlier this year required a second back surgery, but with the support of Dr. Perry and the Swift team, she’s been unstoppable in her recovery.

Now, six months post-procedure, Carmen is fully committed to regaining her independence. She attends PT twice a week, completes daily exercises, and wears a back brace as part of her six-month recovery plan. 💪 “I want my body back. I want to be independent. Anything I can do for myself to feel better; I want to do it. I’m in a hurry, but I’m learning to slow down,” she shares.

Carmen finds joy in every step she takes on the trails near her home and continues to inspire others through her story and involvement with her veterans group. “I wanted to be part of Patient Connect to share what’s possible and highlight positive outcomes I’ve experienced firsthand,” she says.

Her journey is a true testament to perseverance, dedication, and the power of a supportive medical team. “I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. This team has helped me get my life back,” Carmen concludes. ❤️

We wrapped up our monthly theme days with Ugly Sweater/Christmas Sweater Day! There’s nothing like getting into the holiday spirt by dressing up in a festive sweater, and we loved seeing so many clinics participate-especially our providers. Dr. Gyrofi fully embraced the theme, wearing a Santa hat all day, a festive sweater to match, and sipping from a holiday mug! 🎄☕️

Our Hand Team went all out as well, showing up in their sweaters and jumping in for a group photo.

Thank you to our incredible staff and providers for bringing holiday cheer throughout the clinics to our patients and making this theme day such a fun one to capture!
