There are many many moments where your dream life feels so far away that you want to give up. It’s very important that you don’t and remember that divine timing (as much as it’s annoying to admit) makes receiving what you want so special. When it’s right, it’s right and you can’t force the timing of when it comes BUT you can enjoy the process 🫶🏽

How to kiss PMS goodbye for good (& yes this is 100% possible)

In a society that has taught you to medicate or tolerate your PMS, I will teach you how to eliminate it for good!

If you got a fever every month or broke out in hives every time you ate something, you’d go to the doctor and/or do something about it right?

I’m confused as to why society has normalized that if you have PMS that derails you every month you’re not doing anything about it - because you should.

Your cycle is the fifth vital sign of a healthy ecosystem in the same way your blood pressure, weight, etc is.

If your cycle is off every month and continues to be... then you’re at a higher risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia, and your aging process will suck. Not cute.

So what can you do? 👇🏽

Here are my top 5 tips to get you started:

🩺 Blood sugar stabilization and liver support
🚶‍♀️ Move your body daily, whether a workout or walking
