Often society has taught us to always compare ourselves in so many ways which has only broken us emotionally physically and mentally. but we can turn all this around by waking up every morning and making a choice not to compare ourselves but to only better ourselves from our previous us. And yes it doesn’t come automatically it’s constant practice everyday. Just find something that helps you relax as you think positively, mine is this view at my favorite park
