I’m seeing fewer people in therapy right now—but more teens and adults struggling with suicidal thoughts (SI) and self-harm.

Please pay attention to the subtle shifts:
pulling away, going quiet, sudden mood changes, giving things away, or comments that feel hopeless or final.

You don’t need the perfect words—just presence and care.

Breathwork has been one of the most transformative practices I’ve ever brought into my own healing. It’s helped me release emotions and old stories that were never mine to carry in the first place.

When I breathe with intention, I can actually feel the weight lift. I feel more grounded, more connected, and more me.

It has taught me how to manage my emotions instead of stuffing them down… how to process what’s real for me… and how to let go of the things I absorbed along the way.

Because of breathwork, I show up differently in my life.
I’m more present with my family.
I’m more centered throughout my day.
And I can hold space for my clients in a way that feels aligned, grounded, and deeply supportive.

Breathwork didn’t just change my practice — it changed my entire way of being.

And I’m so grateful for it.

Stop running from what your body is trying to tell you.

So many of us numb, distract, or push things down because feeling our emotions can feel too much. But you’re allowed to feel. You’re allowed to pause. You’re allowed to process and move forward with intention.

Next time something rises up, try asking yourself:
• “Why is this emotion showing up for me right now?”
• “What do I need in this moment to support myself instead of shutting down?”

You deserve to move through your emotions, not away from them. Healing starts with honesty, compassion, and actually letting yourself feel. 💛
