Stop running from what your body is trying to tell you.
So many of us numb, distract, or push things down because feeling our emotions can feel too much. But you’re allowed to feel. You’re allowed to pause. You’re allowed to process and move forward with intention.
Next time something rises up, try asking yourself:
• “Why is this emotion showing up for me right now?”
• “What do I need in this moment to support myself instead of shutting down?”
You deserve to move through your emotions, not away from them. Healing starts with honesty, compassion, and actually letting yourself feel. 💛
