I was recently trained in the most exciting method to alleviate suffering from trauma. It is working so well and can clear a trauma in a session WITHOUT having to focus on the trauma. So happy to have this to offer to my clients, especially those with Complex PTSD.

February can be a hard month! Depression is often at it's highest this time of year. Here are some of the things I do to increase those happy chemicals in my head: I work on hobbies, I give myself permission to take breaks, I reach out to family or friends for socialization, I watch cute cat videos and laugh, I take supplements that have been recommended to me by my doctor. And sometimes I just hope for better days. Sending you all positive vibes.

I really enjoy working with my teenage and young adult clients. I think there are some really awesome, young people out there.

I'm sad this needs to be said, but it does. It is not okay to ask another person for "nudes." It is even more not okay to ask twice. Or to beg. Or to coerce. Or to barter, plead, manipulate or pressure. Stop it.
