Little late posting but we had a blast at the Starr Senior Care of Etowah open house! For those of you that don’t know they have made an extension and now have more rooms to ge able to assist with dementia behavior needs! We have worked with them a lot and they are wonderful! Congrats to all of you and such a great thing for our community!

Big things come to those who wait….. Willow Acres third house will be up and open soon operating as McMinn County’s first hospice house! The cold weather threw us for a loop with a busted water pipe that postponed the opening a little bit but stay tuned!

If anyone in the community would like to donate any snacks or drinks for the staff that will be volunteering to stay the weekend at Willow Acres for the bad weather coming in I know my staff would greatly appreciate it and deserve it! Thanks so much!

Calhoun FCA assembled goody bags for residents of Willow Acres nursing home. The original plan of spending time with the residents was skipped due to so much illness. Pictured are FCA members who delivered goody bags to Willow Acres's door!

We are excited to start the New Year off with Opening our Hospice Care Home.
McMinn Co first Hospice Care Home. We will be conducting interviews to add caregivers to our team. Please private message us if you are interested in a position! We have six positions available at this time.

Happy Veterans Day to all of our Veterans but a very special thank you to two of our very own Debra Shadwick and Richard Howell for their service! Debra served in the Army for three years and Richard served in the army and the national guard for a total of 6 years. We are honored to get to serve these brave souls everyday ❤️
