Sometimes the best way to support a community is to show up.

Earlier this month, our team partnered with Healthy Connections—a Federally Qualified Health Center in Arkansas—for a community Easter celebration. We helped serve food, cheered on the egg roll, and donated the leftovers to the local food bank.

It's a small reminder of why we do what we do. Rural health providers and their communities give so much. We're proud to give a little back.

That same spirit is behind our new Rural Health Advisory Council—a collaboration between CGM leaders and rural health practices working together to build better tools for the clinics that need them most.

New this year, CMS now has two CFs: one for qualifying alternative payment model (APM) participants (QPs) and one for practitioners who are not QPs.
