Hey everyone! 

My name is Kamree but everyone calls me Kam! I teach HIGH, LOW, and YO here at the studio! I’ve been teaching HIGH for about 5.5 years and have loved every second of it! 

If you know me, you know I’m a morning gal! I’m a HIGH instructor at 5:30 am and in my bed by 9 pm at night 😜😴 when I’m not teaching at the studio you can find me with my husband and 2 little boys! They are everything to me and being their mom is my most favorite job! I am also a Labor and Delivery nurse here at the hospital and love that I have the opportunity to bring sweet babies earthside 🤍👶 I love diet mtn dew and will never turn down a good treat!
 
I truly believe that movement is medicine — not just for our bodies, but for our minds and our hearts too. HIGH has given me strength, confidence, community, and so much joy, and it’s the greatest honor to share that with each of you. Thank YOU for showing up! Your energy, your effort, and your support mean more than you know. I can’t wait to sweat with you! 🫶

A huge part of our studio energy:

I’m Shalyn — but around here, most people know me as Shay! I am a wife and have a one year old daughter! I work full time as an accountant! I’ve been teaching group fitness for just over five years and am certified in all of the High Fitness formats: High, Low, Yo, and Tone.

I started teaching because I fell in love with High Fitness and wanted to help others see that working out can be FUN — not something you dread. What keeps me coming back is the community, the impact it has on my mental health, and the fact that this is the one place I feel fully, unapologetically myself.

My goal for every single class is to create a space where you feel welcomed, supported, and free to be 100% your authentic self, too. Come as you are 💛

With 30 years of experience as a group fitness instructor, I currently teach Yoga and StepIt Strength classes. My passion for fitness goes beyond just physical health; exercise is my secret weapon for boosting mental health and overall well-being. Being part of an encouraging community that values health and happiness inspires me every day. Over the years, I’ve met incredible individuals who have become lifelong friends. I’m grateful to work out with such amazing fitness fanatics at the studio, where the positive energy lifts us all and keeps our spirits soaring. Featuring today ✨

Hi friends, I’m Loni. I’m a Cardio Fuse instructor here at the studio. I’ve been teaching this format for nearly three years, and it has truly been a blessing in my life. Cardio Fuse is rooted in kickboxing and I absolutely love the strength, focus, and empowerment that comes from every punch and kick. Let’s be honest — you never know when you might need to take someone out in an alley. 💪🏻 Where are my crime-junkie girls?

Although the studio feels like a second home, my family will always be my #1. I’m a wife to a good man and mom to four amazing kids. There is nothing greater than cheering them on and watching them grow into incredible humans. ❤️

I love all things gardening and preserving my own food, and I’m happiest in wide-open spaces with a good country song playing or just chatting with friends. I’ll never turn down chocolate or a cold Pepsi with coconut and vanilla, and black is basically my uniform. 🖤😅 I look forward to continue moving, growing, and celebrating strength with you - see you in class!

One of the faces that makes this place special:

Hey all! I’m Kelli. I have been teaching High for the past 4 1/2 years. I fell in love with this format clear back in 2018 and still love it to this day. Fitness has always been a huge part of my life and I am so grateful that I am able to move my body every day. I love teaching because of the opportunity to meet all the amazing people who come to class. You all inspire me every day and I am thankful for you!

I am a mom to 3 amazing boys and 3 amazing daughters in law. I love spending time with them and my husband, traveling, teaching dance, chocolate, summer, shopping, my church and last but not least… preparing to be a grandma!

I would love more than anything to see you at one of my High classes. If you love fun music, a supportive community of people and a workout that feels a little like a party, you will love High! The Studio is an amazing place. Any of the classes are a win! Come try it out!

Here comes .fit…

Hey, everyone! My name is Kara and I’ve been teaching for the last five years- I teach high, low and yo here at the studio! In the last 6.5 years I’ve found a love for movement in these formats. Aside from being a mom, nothing fulfills me quite like teaching has!
Outside of high, I love spending time with my family and friends, baking, photography and recently have fallen in love with audiobooks!
I’m so lucky to be blessed to teach and being surrounded by women who have the same goals has truly changed my life- I’ll be forever grateful! My classes are open to any and everyone and I can’t wait to see you there 🫶🏼

Let’s get to know a little bit better:

Hey I’m the other Carley here at the studio! I’ve been a certified group fitness instructor since 2013 and a certified personal trainer since 2016. Fitness has always been a huge part of my life and has brought me so much joy. I’m grateful for the opportunity I’ve had to meet so many amazing people through teaching! Love you all 🥹🫶🏽

I’m a mom to 3 and spend my time following them in whatever activity they’ve got going on. My little fam is my world! I enjoy doing just about anything as long as it doesn’t involve being cold. I wish I enjoyed eating healthy but I’m happiest when I feed my sweet tooth.

Come try out my strength circuits class— you won’t regret it! It’s self paced and is a class created for any fitness level. It’s always a good time! But for real, the people here are who make it amazing!

Hey, it’s me, Jazmin! I’ve been teaching barre for almost 4 years now, and it’s become such a huge part of my life. I’m a mama to three kids (15, 13, and 8), which means I’m usually running them around to all their activities.

Fitness is my reset, my therapy, and my reminder that taking care of myself is important. I love photography, Diet Dr. Pepper, and going fun places with my husband and our friends. If you ever catch me in a bad mood, it’s probably because I haven’t been to a concert lately 😝

My favorite thing about teaching barre is that everybody can do it. There are multiple options for every movement, no matter your fitness level—so you can show up exactly as you are and still get an amazing workout. ❤️

Say Hello to .with.hil ☺️

Hey friends! It’s Hilary! I have been a High Fitness instructor for almost 2 years. I am certified in the High, Low, Yo and Tone formats. I never imagined that I would be teaching fitness classes but it has been the best decision! I fell in love with this format over 4 years ago and it has brought me so much joy and connection. You can find me teaching the Wednesday night High/Yo class with my girl Kara and occasionally subbing other classes too!

A little about me: I am a mother of 3, married for 18 years, a retired labor and delivery nurse, and wrangler of two doodle dogs. We have lived here for almost 7 years. You can often find me at my kids soccer games and a variety of other sports practices, gardening in my yard, under a mountain of laundry, chatting it up with my friends or just trying my best to follow Jesus! ☺️

My hope is that you can feel strong, capable, and welcome in all of our classes! There’s nothing more fun than a High Fitness class where you can just let go and be yourself! Come party! We know how to have a good time 🥳

Hi, I’m Carly! I’ve been teaching fitness classes for over 20 years and currently teach yoga and Shred (strength training). Movement has always been a huge part of my life—not just for physical strength, but for mental clarity, confidence, and feeling grounded.

My goal in every class is to help you feel stronger, more confident, and proud of yourself. I want you to leave feeling empowered, refreshed, and capable—both in your workout and in your everyday life.

I’m a mom of five and an online K–8 teacher. I love family time, Diet Coke, a good scary book, and eating out.
