Spring is arriving… and you can feel it 🌷✨
This week, we welcome the Spring Equinox—a moment of perfect balance between light and dark, a gentle turning point into growth, renewal, and possibility. In both of my Thursday + Friday morning classes, we’ll be honoring this transition with intention, breath, and movement… creating space to emerge from winter and step into something new.
And I’m especially excited for something extra special this week 💜
In collaboration with the Lifted Lotus Yoga team, we’ll be guiding our Spring Mala 108 Meditation Experience—a beautiful community offering centered around breath, intention, and connection.
Together, we’ll move, breathe, and reflect in a meaningful way to align with the energy of the season, reconnect to yourself, and share in community 💫
