When Mercury’s in retrograde and everything feels a little off… we flip the script — literally. 🪲✨

This week at , we’re tuning inward, turning upside down, and finding steadiness in the swirl.

Each breath becomes an anchor, each pose a gentle reminder that even when life feels topsy-turvy, we can soften into strength and trust the process.

I’ll be at the studio four of the next five days — so by Tuesday I might feel a bit like this happy little “dead bug.” and all yoga blissed out 😄💫

✨ A Note from the Mat ✨

After much reflection (and on the advice of my body and heart), I’ve made the difficult decision to permanently cancel my Friday NOON hot yoga class at Gold's Gym -Richland.

This isn’t goodbye to the practice — just a pause to honor what my health is asking for right now. Yoga has always taught us to listen inward, to rest when we need to, and to find strength in surrender — and that’s exactly what I’m doing.

To everyone who has shared your energy, laughter, and breath with me on Friday afternoons — thank you. You’ve made this class something truly special, and I’ll carry that gratitude with me always. 🕯️💛

Keep showing up for yourselves, for your bodies, and for your breath. The mat will always be there — and so will the practice.

After five years of waiting… our name is finally shining on the street! 🌸
We’ve officially joined the Paramount Business Center sign, and it feels like such a full-circle moment.

From humble beginnings to growing into the heart of this community, seeing Lifted Lotus Yoga Collective right there alongside our neighbors fills us with so much gratitude and joy.

Every class, every teacher, every soul who’s walked through our doors helped us get here. This little white and blue square on the sign is a symbol of all we’ve built together — love, movement, and collective energy that truly lifts.

Thank you to for helping us get the job done! It turned out better than we expected!
