Happy first day of Spring!!!!

Spring is my favorite season, love the longer days of sunshine and the beautiful colors that start to bloom!

With the spring changes I will be springing away from social media and classes for a short bit… life is a bit crazy with work and home. But I will be ready to spring load into more free time in June!

Spring equinox is about reawakening with new energy. So how will you bring that new energy into the season??
