Thank you Kiona Vineyards and Winery for giving us the space to unwind this weekend! It was a celebratory awakening for the spring season!

For those who joined me, I’m so full of love and gratitude to each of you! I hope this practice of shedding our winter skin (releasing what no longer serves you), and beginning to blossom and step forward into spring was a true practice of resilience for you. It was for me.
