I’m committed to the Faster Way in 2026.
And no, that doesn’t mean I suddenly become a robot who never eats chips or skips a workout 🙃

It means consistency.

👉 Eating mostly whole foods
👉 Actually reading ingredients (wild concept, I know)
👉 Choosing foods that support my health instead of quietly sabotaging it
👉 Protecting the progress I’ve built over the last 5 years with this program

It also means I’m finally doing what works for me.

I’m dialed into the advanced strength programming and being smart with cardio—because let’s be honest, past me thought “more is better” and accidentally cardio’d her muscle right off.
Regaining that strength over the last 2 years taught me a LOT about balance. And patience. And not punishing my body for existing. We spend too much time trying to shrink and be the smallest version of ourselves.

Here’s the truth:
Taking the first step and joining was the hardest part.
The “right time” never magically shows up—because it will always be tomorrow.

So nope. Not waiting.
Today is your time.

I’m tagging 5 friends I’d absolutely LOVE to prove me wrong about this program 👀
If you’ve been watching, questioning, or telling yourself “maybe later”… this is your sign.

Let’s do this. 💪✨

The “I Don’t Know What Day It Is” Weekly Menu 🫠🍝

Fitmas is over.
Elfie clocked out.
My routine left the group chat.

This is that between-the-holidays week where you’re still avoiding responsibility but also deeply uncomfortable in your own skin. Fun times.

So the menu?
Comfort food… but make it intentional.

🍴 Instant Pot mac & cheese from scratch in 10 minutes (because the boxed stuff needs to be left at the store. This tastes WAY better!)
🍴 Protein-forward cozy meals that don’t require emotional recovery
🍴 Veggies that won’t make you hate your life
🍴 A few new recipes because stagnation is not a personality trait

And let’s talk about the elephant in the pantry.

Most people stay stuck because they’re terrified of giving up the things that feel comforting — even when those things are actively making them feel like trash.
I know. I lived there. Repeatedly. I KNEW that my nutrition needed an overhaul but I didn’t want to be told what I could and couldn’t have)

Here’s the plot twist:
Letting go of the toxic crap (food, habits, excuses) doesn’t make life smaller — it makes you feel better than you forgot was possible.

✨ My next 21 day Faster Way round starts 1/5
✨ This is your chance to jump in before the price goes up
✨ No, you don’t have to eat like a rabbit or quit comfort food forever
✨ You just stop letting it run your hormones, energy, and mood

This week’s menu = grace with standards.
You have 1 body….lets focus on tuneups, not breakdowns.
If that makes you uncomfortable… good. 😌

Staying hydrated during the winter months is so important! Eating foods that contain water also help boost your H2O too! And the bonus from getting it through foods? Essential minerals and vitamins from nature!!!

Winter Hydration check 💦 (because “drink more water” is NOT the whole story)

Yes, water matters.
But hydration ≠ chugging a Stanley all day.

Here’s what science actually says:
• Even 1–2% dehydration can impact energy, focus, and exercise performance
• Water helps regulate body temp, digestion, circulation, and nutrient transport
• Proper hydration supports metabolism and helps reduce fatigue (not magically burn fat, sorry)

Now for the misleading stuff we need to retire:
🚫 “8 glasses a day fits everyone” → nope. Needs vary by body size, activity, sodium intake, and hormones
🚫 “If you’re thirsty, you’re already dehydrated” → thirst is a normal, helpful signal
🚫 “More water = more weight loss” → hydration supports health, it’s not a fat-loss hack

What actually helps hydration stick:
✔️ Electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium matter)
✔️ Hydrating foods (think veggies, fruit, soups)
✔️ Drinking consistently — not all at night like a camel 🐪

If you’re tired, bloated, foggy, or crashing mid-day…
Hydration might be part of the puzzle — just not the way Instagram told you.

Getting Clean. One thing at a time...

Over the past couple of years, I’ve clean swapped a couple of items that I knew needed to go. (switching to a natural deodorant, choosing cleaners and soaps that have better ingredients, choosing plastics that were BPA free, etc...). Making a couple changes is where it starts.

A while back, A friend asked if I would give a skin care regimen a try for a few days. Since I was not happy with my current products, I jumped on it. Who doesn’t love FREE? I gotta tell you, in just 24 hours, my skin was alive again! The Countertime line exceeded my expectations...best stuff I’ve ever used. Not only was this just what I needed, but I also learned about Beautycounter.

Beautycounter advocates to put cleaner products in the hands of the public. They are so much more than just a manufacturer. They are constantly testing ingredients, doing research, and challenging for stricter FDA regulations for beauty products. Did you know the law does not require cosmetic products and ingredients, other than color additives, to have FDA approval before they go on the market? Go to www.fda.gov and check it out. There are so many loopholes!

Back to the good stuff, I’ve seen my friend’s posts about the products for a while on social media. You see, this friend recently overcame breast cancer. She’s been an inspiration to me. Just watching her journey and the information she shared was eye opening for me.
