No more excuses:
It started on a Friday last week after work Savannah had made plans to get started on a new method for a stronger body, sharper mind, and a stress-proof life.
She started with a book to collect some information on 5 movement Principles
1. Floor sitting
2. Hanging
3. Hip Hinging
4. Walking
5. Nose Breathing
Being excited to get started, wanting to learn each principle and get through each exercise Savannah was looking forward to getting started as soon as she got home, but instead of getting started, she got on her laptop telling herself she will get started after watching her favorite movie...
4hrs later, realizing that the day is over she told herself that she would get around to it before the weekend was over, that she would make time to learn some of those principles before going back to work on Monday.
Sound familiar?...
Monday morning... how was the weekend, Savannah didn't get anything done, she was upset with herself for being lazy, not getting any of those 5 principles done over the whole weekend.
It's pretty normal to want to get into shape, have a sharper mind, a stronger body, and a stress proof life, but it's also to easy to make excuses, being distracted laptop, television, waisting time, answering the phone, chatting, Youtube, etc...
No more excuses Savannah said to herself it's time to stand up posture and personality, I need to take control of my body language, leverage the power of my senses, I need new vitality, flexibility, and confidence.
