No more excuses:

It started on a Friday last week after work Savannah had made plans to get started on a new method for a stronger body, sharper mind, and a stress-proof life.

She started with a book to collect some information on 5 movement Principles
1. Floor sitting
2. Hanging
3. Hip Hinging
4. Walking
5. Nose Breathing

Being excited to get started, wanting to learn each principle and get through each exercise Savannah was looking forward to getting started as soon as she got home, but instead of getting started, she got on her laptop telling herself she will get started after watching her favorite movie...

4hrs later, realizing that the day is over she told herself that she would get around to it before the weekend was over, that she would make time to learn some of those principles before going back to work on Monday.

Sound familiar?...

Monday morning... how was the weekend, Savannah didn't get anything done, she was upset with herself for being lazy, not getting any of those 5 principles done over the whole weekend.

It's pretty normal to want to get into shape, have a sharper mind, a stronger body, and a stress proof life, but it's also to easy to make excuses, being distracted laptop, television, waisting time, answering the phone, chatting, Youtube, etc...

No more excuses Savannah said to herself it's time to stand up posture and personality, I need to take control of my body language, leverage the power of my senses, I need new vitality, flexibility, and confidence.

Junk Food Cravings:

It's way to easy to get out of bed for work in the morning, grabbing the morning hot shower getting dressed for work and making that quick stop for a sausage egg cheese Mac griddle sandwich each morning nothing like a good breakfast.

But aside from that how does Matthew resist that can of mountain dew, honey bun, along with just a cheese burger and fries everyday on a weekly basis?...

It's not easy when thanksgiving is just around the corner, but Mat will put away all of the junk food and replace it with oven roasted turkey with stuffing, home made butter rolls, collard greens, home made macaroni cheese, potato salad, and cranberry sauce.

Here at weekly health watch... we want to wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving!!! It's the season to break that diet for some good old fashion home cooked food, along with splurging just a little on some of our favorite deserts just remember that Christmas is just around the corner lol>>>

Sugar Cravings:

How do you reduce it?

Okay, I admit it I'm guilty Matthew said as he grabbed a large slice of lemon chess pie but I don't eat this every day, just once in a while when I get a taste for it, he grabs his favorite Pepsi to go right along with it.

Now it would be easy to say that one slice shouldn't heart anything, after a good meal of course, but it would also be a bit unrealistic to say avoid all the sweets altogether lol!

But what is going on with you when eating more than just one slice you have two or more, could it be too much-processed food, maybe your not getting enough sleep, or perhaps your body is not getting enough nutrients?

Eating the right food can be a challenge when there are fast food joints just about on every corner, they are as plentiful as a local ABC store, putting all jokes aside how do you reduce sugar cravings?

let's start with eating some fruit instead now fruit does contain sugar, but it's considered a more healthy sugar because it's not added to give food its taste like corn syrup, ketchup, soft drinks, and many other processed foods.

Other things to consider like eating more protein, and fiber in your diet instead of a lot of carbohydrates which also turn into sugar when the body digests it, now when you don't get enough sleep, or drinking more water your body feels deprived of the nutrients it needs to maintain good health.

It should also be said that if you don't eat the right amount of protein, and fiber at least three times a day, and get enough sleep for 7 to 8hrs worth, then your health may be at risk.

By the way, before we go there is nothing wrong with having some dessert, or something sweet in moderation, but when you do just remember too much of anything is not good if you are trying to maintain your health.

Time change effect health:

This Morning sean woke up wondering why the sun was shining so bright in his window taking a quick glance at his cellphone alarm clock ā°

It read 7:45am not 6:45am...thinking he was late Sean jumped out of bed washed up, got dressed and got in his car for work.

Looking at the dashboard of his Lexus the clock read 8:05 am thinking he was already running šŸƒā€ā™‚ļø late it didn't stop the breakfast run...

Sean was undecided about steak, egg and cheese sandwich or sausage, egg and cheese sandwich so he got to work.

Parked ate and started to get out of his car for work when his cellphone alarm ā° went off it was only 7:15am.

Good thing Sean is a morning person he's never been late for work or unexplained absences he just forgot to set the time back 1hr.

Did Seans simple mistake change his emotions probably, did it effect his mood don't know he has not clocked in for work yet...

It's 8:32am he made it in only 2mins late greeted in by his coworkers Sean will begin his working day, but he has already decided it will be a great day!!!!

Now let's think about it...you will ask what does Sean do, where is he employed, how much does he make, and what does he do?

Sean works as a valet parking attendant for a major well known hospital where usually he has to walk about the length of a football field to park cars.

Sometimes 2 to 3 times a day, but now it's lunch time he has Mac and cheese šŸ§€, a bowl of
chicken šŸ” soup šŸ² and a 20oz mountain dew.

At 12:30pm Sean is back from lunch, the rest.of his day is smooth until time to go home at 5pm does this sound like you?

Where do you work how does this time change effect your health, Sean made it through his day with his health still intact...

How much is your health worth:

Just a few weeks ago I was excited about my first choice of a product that I wanted to promote, now after reading over the VSL and looking at what it does, and all the ingredients found inside there were a few questions that came to mind that I had to break down, now, of course, we all have a few health challenges some more than others...

And I'm very sure that with new products coming out month after month I could choose just about any product, service, or offer that would appeal to almost every customer on the planet.

But this is not about me becoming rich, this is not even about me earning a very profitable commission...The real question that I had to break down for myself is how much is my health worth now if I were to break down the script line from the last "John Wick" movie I watched it would be "priceless PRICELESS!!!! "

Now here's something for you to really think about, I will not pretend to know how much your health is worth to you???

I can create a landing page to promote one offer, and I can even upsell, or create multiple offers but the one thing that I will never know is how much is your health worth to you unless you tell me what it's worth to you???

Oh...I almost forgot to mention this too, you should know that there will never be another individual in all the world now or even after so even though we've never met your health no matter where it is even I can't create another you.

A Walk In The Park:

It was about 12pm on a warm Saturday afternoon the plan was to be out of town to visit his best friend in Farmville, Virginia so john went to his favorite barber to get that way overdue haircut that he needed before going out of town to hang out with his best friend a real guys night out a football game, action movie, business strategies, and brotherhood fellowship.

But it was a spur-of-the-moment plan... John didn't call ahead to find out if it would be cool to just drop in and hang out, his friend called him back to say that he couldn't do it...so sitting in the car John decided to go to Maymont Park one of his favorite places to visit, he got out of the car with his cell phone, a good book under his arm, and plan to take a simple walk in the park...

John started to remember the many times he had visited this park with his 5 kids and how he used to walk with them all the time, there are two main attractions that they would always visit every time he and his kids were together, the second was the Italian Garden where they would practice their singing voice sounds in the well-built acoustic perfect dome found in the garden with a very beautiful array of flowers.

But there was only one attraction in may mount park where you would always find John, the one place away from the rest of all the world, the one place he would call all his own was the Chinese garden.

Though John has walked this garden many times before...yesterday was the first time he noticed two things first there was a house that used to be only next door to the park but now it's inside the park, the second was that the path had been changed...It didn't really bother John that the path had changed, he just noticed that it did.

As John was walking through the park he noticed that his pace had changed from the many times that he had walked this park before, John used to be able to walk alongside his kids, but just then walking, John remembered how he would slow down just a little so that his kids and he would always be together...yesterday when John walked.

He noticed that many families were there with their kids, he did make it to the Chinese garden read a few more chapters of his book, posted a few TikTok images to his phone, and he stayed in his garden for a while, walking up the path from the Chinese garden to the Italian garden, John had to stop just to rest a few moments, stop sweating, catching his breath for a few moments then finish the climb back to the car.

It was just a walk in the park, but maybe it's just John not being active just going to work and going home, maybe it's because of his diet, John only eats twice a day one breakfast early in the morning, and a late lunch or dinner at night, along with going to bed too late, whatever Johns challenge is when it comes to his health he will have to learn to do better.
