It's been such a long time guys, but its time to start kicking things up! Covid vaccines are available and I am fully vaccinated for my clients safety.
I am now taking online and in person clients!
I will also have 30 min zoom Smash HIIT classes available twice a week soon!

Let's talk about something most people won't!
Let's discuss those days when you have to lighten up on the weights!
Due to a pinching feeling in the front of my left shoulder today I couldn't use my standard raise weights (12s and 15s) so to keep proper form and not injure myself I dropped to 5's!!!
Guys its perfectly OK to lower your weights to keep your form strong!
Form is above all paramount to progress! So let your body guide you and drop the weights if needed!😉

LAT Pulls are one of my favorite exercises! My favorite way to do them is lay flat on your back, knees bent with feet flat on the floor, grab a heavy dumbell with a diamond grip and use a two count down and back up without allowing the dumbell to hit the floor!
