Being tired will affect your decision, habits, and actions.
Poor sleep will affect your food choices, your movement (intensity, motivation, enthusiasm), and your mindset (resolve, becoming defeatist, f**k-it mentality).
Your food choices will affect your mood, your mindset, and your movement.
Ever eaten a big meal and not been able to move for a long time?
Ever tried to do a workout after a heavy brunch?
Ever seen your mood affected by food that didn’t make you feel that good? Yeahhhhh
Movement, or more likely lack thereof, will affect how your body feels and heals. It will affect your digestion, your sleep, your performance, your motivation, your resolve, and your overall energy for a day.
Ever laid around for a day to ‘recover’ only to find you need more recovery days to recover from that day?
Mindset. Feeling fatigued will have doubt and negativity creeping in. You will lack that enthusiasm you had when you were well rested.
The root of most of your health problems is in fatigue/being tired.
When we start addressing that root, you will immediately feel better and begin making better choices.
Until that root is addressed, you will continue on the path of attempted discipline and restriction followed by failure and relapse.
