Practicing ✨ self-care ✨is essential for maintaining overall well-being and can be done in various ways. In the slides above, I listed some tips on how I practice self-care/self love.
It is important that you remember self-care is a personal journey and it’s important to find what works best for you. Listen to your body and mind, and make self-care a priority in your daily routine, even if it looks different every day.
It doesn’t have to look like any of what I listed— as long as it’s what’s best for you + your journey to your most highest self.
