I used to spend soooooo much time in the kitchen...๐Ÿ™„not anymore!!! ๐Ÿ˜„ typically dinners take about 5 minutes whereas they used to take hours...๐ŸคชโŒš

I discovered that PLANTS are more work than they are worth. ๐ŸคฃLOL. Like seriously. Not only do they have tons of anti-nutrients that can leave you feeling bloated and sick and with less nutrients than you had before you ate them, they take SO MUCH TIME TO PREPARE PROPERLY!!! ๐Ÿ˜ฑโŒšโŒšโŒš

They don't even give you anywhere near the nutrient-density that just a straight hunk of fatty meat does!! Like I don't even know HOW MUCH of my life I have wasted chopping vegetables and preparing plants...for what? I don't even know....not better health that's for sure....๐Ÿ™„

Cows are actually super efficient NUTRIENT-CONVERTERS!! They take grass and greens (which we cannot digest) and efficiently digest them and turn all the vitamins into forms that are bioavailable for us!! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐ŸปK1 โฉ K2/ secret x-factor... Beta carotein โฉ true vitamin A etc.

I've been eating this roast on repeat all week. I can't get enough of it!!!

1 grass-fed grass-finished beef roast, chuck/sirloin/arm, 3lbs
1 lb. beef oxtail (optional)
1/4 c. grass-fed tallow
1 tsp. real salt
3-4 cups bone broth/stock, chicken or beef
dried or fresh rosemary
1/4 c. Pecorino Romano cheese, grated (sheep milk parmesan)
2 Tbs. grass-fed tallow

Add a grass-fed grass-finished roast to a slow-cooker. Add some oxtail (optional). Add 3-4 cups of stock or bone broth. Add a bunch of real salt. Add some tallow.

Cook all day on high. Shred some of the beef and add to a bowl with some of the stock. Add some sheep parmesan cheese. Add some extra tallow. Add some more salt to taste. MMMMMMMMMMMM.......now ladle up a mug of that delicious stock to go with it!!! OMG DELICIOUS!!!

What I'm eating these days: a full nose-to-tail style carnivore-style diet - ๐Ÿฅฉ๐Ÿฅš๐Ÿฅ›๐Ÿ„๐Ÿง€๐Ÿถ๐Ÿฏfocusing on ruminant animals. Red meat, butter, raw cream, raw milk, beef liver, chicken liver, oxtail, bone broth, eggs, raw egg yolks, and tallow.

I currently avoid plants as much as possible - because but I'm also not suuuuper strict....๐Ÿ˜†....you will see me every now and then eat a plant. But typically I stick with safe plants that are low in antinutrients - such as ๐Ÿฅฅ๐ŸŒด coconut oil or coconut butter!

Did you know that rice is one of safest grains? It's super low in antinutrients. White rice actually has the least amount of antinutrients! ๐Ÿš I used brown rice because that's what I had on hand. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜„

Did you know that when you cool/refrigerate cooked startches they turn into "resistant starches" which then feed good bacteria in the gut?! ๐Ÿ˜

Rice recipe:
1 c. brown rice, rinsed and then soaked 7+ hrs. in
2 c. water and
2 Tbs. homemade raw milk yogurt
1/2 tsp. Salt
3 Tbs. Butter
โ€ข
Rinse the rice. Add the water and yogurt. Cover and let sit all day or overnight. Cook rice as normal...after soaking...bring to a boil...then add the salt and butter.

Turn to burner to low, cover, and cook for 40-45 min.

Cool and then put it all the rice in refrigerator overnight. This was enough rice to last the kids for breakfast all week!

Now here is the "rice pudding"๐Ÿš recipe:

1/2c. cold rice ๐Ÿš
1/2c. homemade raw milk yogurt
1/2 banana, ๐ŸŒsliced or mashed
Dash of cinnamon
Drizzle of raw honey๐Ÿฏ
1 raw egg yolk egg๐Ÿฅš(opinional)

Mix it all up (or let them mix it up!)

My kids have been gobbling this up all week!! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป

Did you know that soaking deactivates antinutrients? Antinutrients are little toxins that plants make to irritate our gut so that we don't eat them. ๐Ÿคช Plants don't want to be eaten and antinutrients are their way of biting us back!! ๐Ÿ˜ฑ Eating plants prepared improperly (not soaking) over time will damage your gut and lead to all kinds of chronic illnesses. Soak your grains! And if you are gonna eat grains choose low oxalate/ low antinutrient ones like rice. ๐Ÿš๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ˜

1๏ธโƒฃStart my day with my fatty RealFat Rasa! recipe link in profile ๐Ÿ˜ (usually 8 or 9am)
2๏ธโƒฃRaw milk "shake" - 2 cup raw milk + 2 raw egg yolks + collagen (anywhere from 10am to 1pm ๐Ÿ˜…)
3๏ธโƒฃMug of stock + red meat!!! - (we eat dinner at 5pm....if I am starving before then I'll have a snack earlier (more of the same food) and then eat again at 5...but I generally am not hungry till 5) This can be cold hamburger leftovers, or some shredded beef in the slow cooker, and lots of times includes liver pate too!
