A new era is taking shape in Cosby Village. ✨

Richmond Aesthetic Surgery and Zemmel Development Company are proud to announce that the 33,000 sq. ft. Cosby Village Medical Center in Moseley, VA is rising quickly. Designed as a Class A medical destination, this three-story building will soon be home to the second Richmond Aesthetic Surgery and Dermlounge location, alongside other elite medical practices.

Dr. Neil Zemmel and his wife, Andrea, began this project three years ago with a vision to create something extraordinary — and that vision is becoming reality. During a recent visit to the site, they were thrilled to see the structure taking form and to meet their soon-to-be neighbors at the new Firebirds Wood Fired Grill next door.

With every beam and brick, the future of Cosby Village grows brighter.
