Huge shoutout to these Wellsmith fitties, & 💪 They’ve been coming to my classes for the past year and always show up ready to work. Last night we had a reschedule and ended up with a double header—barre + HIIT—and they stayed for both hour long classes and crushed it 🔥 Over 700 calories burned and they pushed through every second. So proud of their consistency and how hard they work each week! You ladies are amazing 👏 😍

There’s nothing more rewarding than hearing how exercise has made a positive impact in someone’s life. I’ve been working with a private residential community over the past couple of years, leading weekly fitness classes — and it’s been such a great experience working with the residents there. I’ve had the privilege to build real connections with them, watch people grow stronger, and make friendships that go way beyond the workouts (running 10ks together🏃🏼‍♀️, girls nights👯‍♀️) love the community there!🩷

While I haven’t been very active on my fitness social media, I’ve still been training and teaching — and with some extra space in my schedule this summer, I’m excited to offer outdoor group fitness classes in Montpelier and Ashland! ☀️💪

These classes will be a mix of strength, cardio, and core —all fitness levels are welcome. If you’re looking for accountability, energy, and a fun way to move your body this summer, I’d love to have you join in!

✨6 tips that help you stay consistent with your weekly workouts✨

1. Take ☝🏼 hour on Sunday & schedule your workouts in for the week. Treat your workouts like any other appointment or meeting and schedule them in your calendar. Consistency is 🔑, so try to stick to your schedule as much as possible.

2. Make realistic goals based on your fitness level when creating your workout plan. If you’re just beginning to exercise, start with 1-2 workouts a week & getting your steps in. Once you have that down consistently, add in more.

3. Pick workouts you enjoy doing! 🏋🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️🧘🏼‍♀️🤸🏼‍♂️🛼🎾⚽️🚴🏼‍♀️
So many options and ways to move your body!

4. Pack your gym bag the night before or lay out your clothes if you’re doing a home workout. Make your playlist beforehand so you’re not wasting time skipping through songs🎶

5. Getting an accountability partner or going to group fitness classes can help you stay more motivated 👯‍♀️🙌🏼

6. If you miss a day don’t let that define the rest of your week, take charge of what you can control - nourish your body with nutrient dense foods & get your steps in. Get back on track the next day!
