Welp I finally made my Jerk Jack fruit. I marinated my jackfruit for about 2 1/2 days (got lazy LOL). But I am so glad I did because its soo flavorful tender and the right amount of spice!!
This isn’t fully vegan because I wanted Rasta Pasta with it and didnt make my sauce from scratch like normal, nor did I feel like making 2 sauces when the Hubby asked for Shrimp Alfredo tonight🤷🏾‍♀️
