Sometimes adulting is no fun, especially when it keeps us from visiting our friends at tonight! But that doesn’t mean you can’t still go and get a killer workout for free! We will be rescheduling our visit to this awesome gym to next Tuesday! See you there fam 💪🏻

Shout out to for giving the world an entire week of free cycling classes at their incredible spot! We loved the luxe feel (real time workout stats) and special touches (fruit after class) of this spin studio. They offer pop up free classes on the regular and if you’re looking for something more permanent, their membership rates are awesome! Can’t wait to rock the bike with them again soon! 🚴🏼‍♀️ @ Richmond, Virginia

Tucked away in Shockoe Bottom, this bright, industrial studio and the incredible owner Bree have created an oasis for first time and lifelong yogis alike! This studio just opened two days ago and is already attracting a big following of fans with their focus of making yoga approachable to all! We kicked off (literally) our October schedule with and a killer kickboxing/abs/cardio workout! 9 rounds, 30 minutes, and 2 amazing trainers was the set up for todays sweat sesh. Loved getting to meet some amazing women that decided to join in on the movement! We recommend this gym to anyone who wants a short and sweet full body workout with the flexibility of a big gym! Not to mention, their membership rates are a steal!! Go redeem your first free class with them now at one of their 3 different locations!
