I’m seeing an uptick in COVID admissions at the hospital, mostly in high-risk patients.

👉 If you’re high-risk:
• Get your COVID booster + flu/pneumococcal shots
• Avoid crowds when possible
• Mask up around others
• See your doctor early if symptoms start (medications only work if given early!)

COVID season is here again—but if we act now, we can protect ourselves and each other. 💪
