This year, I officially stepped into full-blown entrepreneur mode (cue impromptu Dougie dance 🕺). Taking a moment to reflect, I realize I don’t often share much about my personal journey—or the incredible projects and collaborations I’ve been fortunate to work on. That’s changing.

Sup, good people! So, I've seen a lot of scary talk about the Beneficial Ownership Report (BOIR), plus some mail offers to file it for a cool $175-$195 fee. But no one was talking about how to do it yourself, so I did the homework and filed mine solo. Spoiler alert: it’s way easier than it sounds! To help out fellow business owners, I put together a quick, step-by-step guide so you can tackle your Initial BOIR report online, stay compliant, and keep that cash in your pocket. I must say, this has been an amazing year so far. I have had the opportunity to work on several projects that I hold close to my heart with this being one of them. Today we launched which is a tourism package created in partnership with to be a central hub for engaging with and celebrating Black culture in the Richmond region.
