WOOHOO! We are FINALLY in-network for covered visits!

We will be seeing all Anthem patients out of a shared clinic space in Willow Lawn on Fridays for no out of pocket costs. Virtual appts are also covered and can happen any day of the week!

Anthem will only reimburse for 60 minute sessions right now. And to be transparent, in order to continue providing high-quality and individualized care and ensure the sustainability of our practice, we are having to adjust our service model for Anthem patients. So having you come to us is how we are able to stay in network and how to keep costs at a minimum for you!

🌟If you prefer a home visit- we are happy to accommodate that for a travel fee.

🌟If you prefer your visit to be the traditional 90 min session length then you are welcome to self-pay the additional 30 mins not billed to your insurance. Anthem deems the extra 30 mins as “not medically necessary” even if clinically helpful. Feel free to inquire about the rate to add time upon booking.

We don’t want the first time you are learning about feeding your baby to be when you are postpartum, overwhelmed, and sleep deprived. Who can retain tons of information during that major transition? It’s also so beneficial to review your health history, plans for feeding, ways your partner can be involved, and creating a relationship with us before your baby comes.

Calling this series “spill the milk”- kidding. We will stick to spilling the tea only. Because spilling milk is too stressful.

We would be honored to host you and your baby for a handmade latte or tea and offer some breastfeeding/pumping tips. Infant scales will be available for your own use and lots of chats and giggles in a small group of women supporting women. Less clinical and more connection! Come how you are- pjs and no shower is always fine with us! Drop in rate of $30.

We started HMC because we saw a huge gap in support for moms — especially those first few weeks home! From hospital to those first days at home…too many women are left figuring it out alone.⁣

That’s where we come in! Whether you’re nursing, pumping, combo feeding, or formula feeding — we offer at-home and virtual lactation consults that are personalized, judgment-free, and all about helping you feel confident and cared for.⁣

We believe everyone deserves to feel supported and empowered — and that community matters. This fall, we’re launching a few cozy, local events to bring moms together to connect, share laughs, and simply be real with one another.⁣
