Can't stop! Won't stop. SO grateful to move my body.

I managed to get 14 classes in this week on top of everything else I've got going on. Incredibly grateful to be able to move things around in my schedule so I don't miss my workouts, but I can also still get my client work complete 🙌

This week, I did 1 Abs & B***y, 4 Low Impact Cardio & Toning, 5 Stretch, 1 Tabata, and 3 Zumba classes. I LOVE moving my body!!! Even when it hurts 😬 It's the whole reason I called my fitness podcast More Movement Please 😅

Ashley Grant is on a full-blown mission to find the perfect workout shoes for low impact cardio, Tabata, and everyday wear, and spoiler alert: the most expensive pair she's ever bought lasted exactly twenty minutes before she had to rip them off mid-class.

In this episode of More Movement Please, Ashley breaks down her search for the right fitness footwear, including what finally worked for Zumba (hint: sliding matters), what didn't work for low impact cardio (looking at you, Brooks Glycerin 23), and why finding the right shoe is actually a bigger deal than most people realize when you're serious about moving your body more. Whether you swear by Hokas, Ryka, Brooks, Nike, Adidas, or something else entirely, Ashley wants to hear what's on your feet and why. Because the right gear matters, and your feet deserve better than holes in the soles.

WHOA! I didn't realize until today when I was tallying up my numbers for the week that I actually hit 554 classes completed since July 14, 2025 when I made the commitment to put in the work! 💪I hit the 550 class milestone on Thursday, April 2, 2026 (when I did my second stretch class)💪 💪 💪

This week alone I took 17 classes!!!
1️⃣ Abs & B***y
1️⃣ Tabata
2️⃣ Pilates
3️⃣ Zumba
4️⃣ Low Impact Cardio & Toning
6️⃣ Stretch

432 of the classes I've taken since this wild ride began were taught by Rhonda Goode aka the G.O.A.T. of fitness...

Have I entered beast mode yet? 🤷‍♀️ Nah - still working on that! Honestly, I have a lot further to go to reach my goals 🎯 Overall, I give my experience so far a solid 8/10 stars. But, I feel much stronger and healthier than I EVER did before these last 265 days of maximum effort began! I'll keep working hard, and trying to whine and complain less 😅

I continue to be grateful that I finally committed to myself. If you've been looking for a sign that it's time to commit to yourself, well - consider this to be it! I've been (seriously) at it for just under 9 months...and in that short time, my body has changed so much. I want this for you. If you're not moving everyday, START. It's worth it. You're worth it. I guarantee you will be so glad you started putting in the work. No one is coming to save you. 😬 It's time to save yourself! 🥰

This morning I did Zumba and Low Impact Cardio & Toning. I WAS going to just use the 15 lb dumbbells, today. Even grabbed them and had them at the ready...But then I started thinking about how Fitness with Rhonda Goode called me out on Tuesday for using them, and suddenly I was too scared to do it again. Minutes into class, I ran over and grabbed the 20s 😱 Hurt like hell, but it was worth it. Grateful for Rhonda Goode always encouraging me to do more than I think I can...even when it annoys the crap out of me...and especially when it hurts 😅

Guess I will go back tomorrow and repeat what I did this morning. Whether I grab the 15s or the 20s though- well, that will be determined by how I am feeling when I wake up 🤣
