I am predominantly doing home visits these days, but if given enough notice I am able to reserve time and a room at the lovely Sacred Waters Spa & Boutique - feel free to get in touch about this option in the future if a home visit is not preferable or feasible for you.

Greetings friends -

As we near June 10th, I have been contemplating what the future of my practice may look like. New precautions will need to be put in place, for your safety as well as my own.

Please get in touch with me closer to that time if you have any concerns so we can discuss them together, I would like to make the environment feel as safe & welcoming as it had before. There may be a temporary time in which home visits will be more suitable.

In this period of quarantine, I’ve had the opportunity to study additional modalities such as Cupping and the use of Tuning-Forks.

I look forward to seeing you all again, and helping you ease into what may be new routines. I also look forward to sharing stories of the time that has passed!

My hope is to create a musical offering each day that can be used for meditation of a mindful practice of your choice like cooking, or painting or wherever and whatever you are drawn to be and do.
