Meet Mark & Amy Dinaldo! The couple will be drawing from their diverse backgrounds offering sound healing, yoga, drumming, a drumming class for kids AND a guided hike at Mountain Top Yoga Jam. Don’t miss it!

Amy and Mark Dinaldo, owners of Vibes Yoga and Sound Therapy, are registered yoga
instructors who have cultivated a unique live music yoga phenomenon that emphasizes
strength, balance, and flexibility, guiding students to cultivate mindfulness through breath
awareness through thoughtful guidance and entrancing world percussion rhythms, ceremonial bowls, and chants helping foster mental stillness.

The couple is also known for offering yoga hikes and immersions in the Monongahela National Forest near their home in Richwood, and
for their unique sound therapy offerings that have patrons seeking them out from State’s away.

Mark & Amy own and operates Silver Spoon Catering a unique personal chef catering company that specializes in bringing their fresh and chef prepared fare to whatever location it is needed.

Amy has additional certifications in children and family yoga, chair yoga, Ayurveda, restorative
yoga, and meditation. Beyond yoga, Amy explores the nearby National Forest with her husband and dogs, indulges in live music, and cherishes quality time with her nieces and nephews.

Mark is a sound therapist and drum instructor who brings over 30 years of professional
percussion and drumming experience, including a stint in a band signed with Mercury Records.
Mark also holds certifications in Yin yoga, chair yoga, restorative yoga, and Ayurveda.
Additionally, he is a certified drum circle facilitator, sought-after studio musician, accomplished song writer & classically trained chef.
