Not gonna lie…there was a time I thought feeling exhausted all the time was just part of life.

Busy schedule.
Kids.
Work.
All the things.

And yes…some of it comes with the territory.

But constantly drained?
Snapping easier?
Feeling like you’re always just trying to keep up?

That part didn’t sit right with me.
