I am excited to be practicing at P.S. Yoga & Wellness located on the first floor in the newly rehabbed condo building at 2725 N. Thatcher Ave., River Grove, IL 60171.

My days & times:
Wednesdays: 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm
Thursdays: 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Fridays: 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Saturdays: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

The rates for Clinical Massage Therapy and Craniosacral Therapy are the same:
45 minutes is $70
60 minutes is $85
90 minutes is $105

It's time to turn the page and embrace what comes next.
Tuesday will be my last day at the chiropractor since the doctor is retiring, closing the practice, and moving on to live his best life. I am grateful for the time I've have here these past five years, and happy to have been a part of the patients' healing journeys. It's bittersweet, though.
So now what happens? I want to continue offering clinical massage and also want to focus more on craniosacral therapy. The universe has my back, I trust, and things will come my way.
