If you're feeling completely stuck in your career, business, or life, it's time to look inward.

Being stuck has a lot to do with our emotions. It's easy to blame external circumstances, but often, the real anchor is internal.

Take a moment to explore your emotions. You'll see that you are actually holding on to something—a fear, a resentment, a limiting belief, or a need for control.

Think of it like the classic puzzle: You've put your hand into a bottle or jar to grab an object. Now, your hand won't come out because of the object you're clutching inside.

To get free, you must let go of the object you are holding. Only when you release the need to control, the fear of failure, or that old emotional baggage will your hand—and your forward momentum—be able to pull out and get moving.

For years, people didn’t celebrate me—they’d mention my wins like they were nothing.

I thought it was normal. Turns out, it was jealousy and gaslighting.

That realization hit hard.
Now I’m surrounded by people who see me, cheer for me, and show love through action.

It’s been a rough year—loss, grief, and deep inner work—but I’ve remembered who I am.

And I’m happier, freer, and attracting new aligned souls into my life.

If you’re in that season too, it’s okay.

It’ll be messy, but you’re not off track—you’re on purpose.
