During this session Johnathan will lead you through a sequence of supportive, restful poses designed to release muscular tension, flush out toxins from the body and access deep states of relaxation.
Amy will bless the space with the sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs,
and other instruments as you travel deeper into your inner realms of consciousness.
