In my opinion, Ezekiel’s experience reflects awareness operating beyond the physical body, initiated and directed by God.

As a child, I remember having an awareness that my body was asleep — yet my perception was awake. I didn’t have language for it then, only a knowing to move gently and not disturb myself.

As I grew, I came to understand this awareness wasn’t something to chase or control. It became something God would use in moments of prayer, meditation, and healing — when my body was still, and my spirit attentive — to show me what He wanted me to see.

I don’t seek experiences.
I seek alignment.
And I trust that when God wants to reveal, He initiates.

Grace is something we talk about, but often forget to receive.
The dictionary defines grace as unmerited favor—kindness given freely.
The Bible confirms it: grace is God’s gift, not something we earn.

Yet so many of us are harder on ourselves than God ever is.

If God offers grace freely, why do we withhold it from ourselves?
