· What brought you to OTF?
What brought me to OTF was the need for a coach-oriented training environment. I attended Burn Boot Camp and loved the coached sessions there, but since they shut down, OTF was the best fit I found to get that guided workout style.
· What is a goal you have for the future with coming to OTF?
My goal is to continue to work out every day to achieve body recomposition (fat loss and muscle gain).
· If you could give a new member advice what would it be?
Commit to the class; it’s a step you won’t regret. Block out the distractions and tune in only to your coach. Challenge yourself; you’re capable of a heavier lift.
· How would you describe OTF in one word?
EFFICIENT
· What is your favorite OTF floor exercise?
Deadlifts
· What is your favorite thing to do outside OTF?
Cooking, Gardening, Spending time with friends and family.
· Fun Fact about yourself?
I am fun loving person, and I like to dance and travel.
