I offer Integrative Massage and Healing Touch services through the greater Twin Cities area and have lengthy experience providing massage for healthy individuals as well as hospital level/ ICU level patients ages from 1 week old through their senior years. My passion is working with very sick/critically ill, homebound individuals to provide physical and emotional comfort from sore and painful muscles due to their illnesses or decreased mobility. Massage can be physically helpful for easing discomfort from soft tissue injuries, muscle contractions, atrophy, and can promote increased circulation. It can also help promote a general sense of wellbeing, help people sleep better, and help decrease anxiety and stress. I customize each session to the unique needs of each client and use the techniques of many therapeutic styles (Swedish, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Release, Reflexology, Acupressure, and Healing Touch) to achieve the best results I possibly can. I am able to take direct payments or if you or your loved one is part of the Cadi Waiver, CAC Waiver, or Elder Waiver programs and you participate in /have funds budgeted in the Consumer Directed Community Support plan I am able to send billing directly to your fiscal management company.
